Schichtwiderstandsrechner

Mit dem SURAGUS Schichtsystem Rechner können Einschichtsysteme und Mehrschichtsysteme nach verschiedenen physikalischen Größen umgerechnet werden. Aus dem spezifischen Widerstand und der Schichtdicke lässt sich der Schichtwiderstand ebenso berechnen., wie aus der Leitfähigkeit und der Schichtdicke. Der spezifische Widerstand berechnet sich aus dem Schichtwiderstand und der Schichtdicke. Die Leitfähigkeit wird aus dem spezifischen Widerstand berechnet.Aus dem spezifischen Widerstand und dem Schichtwiderstand wird die Schichtdicke errechnet.

Die Berechnung orientiert sich an den physikalischen Gesetzmäßigkeiten und berechnet theoretische Werte. Wir übernehmen keine Garantie für deren Anwendbarkeit auf konkrete Gegebenheiten und die Richtigkeit der ermittelten Werte.
